Yeah... It's kinda difficult for Noah to even think about this story. He doesn't know the details about Saxor's past and family (and actually he doesn't care) but he was interested enough to understand where Jason came from and eventually how to get rid of him. He is disgusted by all that. Shitty adults, scientists, experiences, Jason, death. He tries to forget this story. He remembers what matters to him.
I also think that if he managed to forgive Saxor, it was because Saxor won his friendship. And he is also the one who brought back the memories of Shota. Jason did not do anything for Noah except to kill him. And I think even if Jason saved one of Noah's child in danger, Noah would still have trouble forgiving him. But that would be a good start. XD
